Spring Time Fun

On one family outing we went to Lake Lowell for the boys to throw rocks. We used the rocks that were piling up in our garage that the boys collected.
Preston received an award from his music teacher at school for his excellence in music class. Preston had his 1st grade field trip on May 20th. All the 1st graders went roller skating, ate lunch and played at the park and then ended the day singing at a care center. Glade was even one of the bus drivers for the field trip. Preston thought that was pretty cool. Nancy, Trevor, and Tanner met up with the group at the park for lunch. The kids all had a great time.

Tanner's new favorite thing is to swing up high on the swings.

Trevor's Preschool Class (Ryker, Seth, Trevor, Nathan & Masen)

On May 20th, Trevor had his last day of Preschool. The moms of the preschoolers planned a fun graduation with diplomas, games and food.

For Memorial Day we celebrated by decorating Nancy's great-uncle & aunt's graves in Middleton. Then we played at the park. We decided to have a Family Home Afternoon instead of a Family Home Evening. After the lesson, we had a surprise family activity for the boys. We went downtown Caldwell to the old train depot where there are shooting fountains. Preston & Trevor had a blast running through the fountains. Tanner, on the other hand was not at all interested in getting wet. After that we walked around Indian Creek that goes through town. We ended the day having dinner at McDonald's and there again the kids got to do some running around on the indoor playground.
